Hi there,

Since this morning my customers can no longer register for our events. Once they choose add to cart and select the number of tickets required, the check out page is not fully loading with registration details that usually appear.

I have not reset the license yet. Is this the issue?

I have not recently updated EE as I am waiting for 3.2. However no other plugins have been updated since yesterday when EE was working fine.

Can you urgently assist please?

Thanks!

I believe it’s a problem with multi-registration if that helps. I can register on the standard single sign up page.

Hello,

The licence will not affect anything.

I just did some random bookings and they seemed fine, I could add my details and go to payment. Oh and sorry you have £1200 of bookings that wont be completed :)

Is there a specific example of this problem?

It does seem strange that if absolutely nothing has been changed that this would suddenly occur.

And of course I must always advise to update your plugin to the latest version.

I saw your bookings and nearly got excited. :-)

It’s happening on the “ADD to CART” function. And whilst I haven’t tested every event it does seem (as far as I can tell) to be happening on Woodskills (http://www.thegoodlifecentre.co.uk/woodwork-skills/) and Intro to Upholstery(http://www.thegoodlifecentre.co.uk/intro-to-upholstery/).

Both have received previous bookings – but this could have come directly from the event registration page as opposed to the shopping cart (I don’t think I have any way of knowing). I can’t think what I might have done to make these events different from the rest?

I believe I had at one point waiting lists set up for both these event categories, but not sure how that could affect each event.

OK, yep that shows the error.

In your style.css for the theme, on line 2030 you will see this

form#event_espresso_checkout_form #event_espresso_registration_form.event-display-boxes .event_description {
display: none;
}

Notice how it says display:none? That hides the content. You need to remove or comment out or over rule that css rule. Once that is done you will see the content again.

Will get programmer to update and confirm all is good.

Thanks for fast response.
