On the roster for our classes, some students have a red exclamation point next to their name. Is there a way to tell how they payed (credit, paypal, groupon).
Does that red mark mean they did not pay, if they did how can we check where the payment is going?
Thanks!

Hi Maria,

The red exclamation mark means the registration is incomplete.
You are correct in that this usually means the attendee has not paid.

If you go to the attendee, edit the attendee (click on their name), then go to View/Edit Payment on the right-hand side you can view any payment information available for that attendee.
