Customers are reporting that when they click on the “Pay by Credit Card” graphic, the billing/payment information form flashes onscreen briefly and disappears. Are there any known conflicts with any particular browser+extension combinations that may cause this? Is this a Javascript issue?
We have been using the same version of WordPress with Event Espresso successfully for some time, and just started getting reports on this issue today.
WordPress 3.4.2/ EventEspresso 3.1.30.7P using Authorize.net AIM
I’ve seen this happen before when it’s in Internet Explorer *and* compatibility view is turned on. There are ways to make sure that compatibility view is turned off in the browser when IE users visit your site. Usually it involves adding a meta tag to the header.php file of your theme:
