how and where can I setting up the template ticket and invoice layout?

Hi Daniele,

There is a couple of options for creating custom tickets. We have a guide available here to walk you through both of those:

Creating a custom Invoice can be done by editing the template available within event-espresso/gateways/invoice/template.php

If you copy the Invoice folder to wp-content/uploads/espresso/gateways/ you can edit the template there and keep it ‘update safe’.
