Custom Files question

Can the update_event function from includes/event-management/update_event.php be overridden in custom_functions.php? It doesn’t seem to be working and I’m not sure if it’s the code itself or that the function isn’t supported.

Is there a list somewhere of the functions that can be overridden? The docs just say “some of the core functions.”

That particular function does not have the wrapper that makes the function overrideable. If you want, you can wrap it in

if (!function_exists('update_event')) {

to make it so. The functions that can be overridden have that wrapper.
