Hi,

You can find a list of email tags here http://staging.eventespresso.com/wiki/custom-email-tags/, but the one you want is [meta_key].

To use, literally just type the meta key, so if the key is nadir1, the shortcode becomes [nadir1] and the key’s value is output in the email.
