I know how to use the custom email tags in the body of an email. I’m trying to figure out if we can use the same codes in the subject line. Thus the subject of the email would say “Thanks, Bob” or similar. Is this possible?

Hi Kathleen,

Yes, you can use shortcodes in the subject line field in the email manager for the confirmation emails. The payment email has a similar subject line field too.
