Hi Ive just tried out the Lite version to see if it would be ideal for a potential client project (which would ultimately use the Business license), and the Export attendee function doesn’t do what it should expect. I created an event and made 2 attendee registrations. In the admin section I can see the 2 attendees that have registered on the event, however when I click the Export to CSV button its missing the attendees names in the CSV! Instead I get the following headers…
“Group, ID, Reg ID, Payment Method, Reg Date, Pay Status, Type of Payment, Transaction ID, Payment, Coupon Code, # Attendees, Date Paid, Event Name, Price Option, Event Date, Event Time ,Website Check-in, Tickets Scanned ”
Am I missing something here? I get two rows of data out with no names or other registration data, and strangely including a group and group ID.. Is this available in the Pro version only? (I really hope so!). The Export All Attendee data function is exactly the same.
Thanks for bringing that to our attention, we will get it looked into. The Premium version does most definitely includes the attendees names in the export file for both All Attendees and on a per event basis.
