Has anyone managed to integrate Event Espresso with a basic/small business CRM?

We essentially just want to be able to search a customer and quickly see what they booked and view correspondence exchanged.

I have users/roles but that’s designed more for the customer to play with their own account isn’t it?

We are looking for something that might work between outlook and Event Espresso, that doesn’t cost the earth.

Any recommendations?

Thanks, Michelle

Hi Michelle,

I haven’t seen a standalone CRM implemented with Event Espresso. Within EE you can search for customers and see which events they have registered for, but it will not display correspondence.
