I’m migrating an existing events system to event espresso. My current system features a left hand nav for each event with links to things like venue, faq, speakers, agenda, etc.

Is there a way I can achieve the same with event espresso.

Event Espresso does not have this capability out of the box. That could be accomplished by means of using the ee_meta shortcode along with some custom template development, as well as creating some new meta boxes, or using the built in ee meta box. More than likely, you would need a custom developed theme/solution to extend Event Espresso to achieve the same as your existing events system.
