I just tried to send an email (to see if my license can be applied to my developer’s local host installation, for testing) and it said that my account details didn’t make it over (to something) and I should create a new account and submit a request so you can verify my purchase. What’s going on?
How did you try to send an email, on EventEspresso.com or via your Event Espresso dashboard? Did you try filling out a certain form on EventEspresso.com?
I’m sorry, Michael. I’m not sure how you received that error (or how to reproduce it). We’ll watch for that to happen again.
About your license key..
Your license key can only be used on one website at a time (including localhost). So, with one license key you need to decide how you want to manage your updates. We’d recommend adding updates to your development platform and then manually updating your live website after you’ve done the proper testing.
The only other option is to purchase a second license key…it’s up to you.
