Is there any way to create my own question type? There are only Text, Textarea, Radio Button, Dropdown and Checkbox for now.

I am going to create a dropdown list that values is loaded from database.

Hi,

The short answer is a tentative yes. It is possible to add a secondary dropdown list that would pull the data from a database.

However, the only way to do that would be to edit core event espresso files and we do not recommend it nor would we be able to provide support for it.

At this time we have no plans to introduce additional/custom question types.

If you do wish to go against our recommendations and change the core code, you would need to look at event-espresso/includes/form-builder/questions/new_question.php There may (probably) be other files that would need changing as well.

Change the core files is not a good idea but i have no choice for now.

Thanks.
