Hello.

I am considering purchasing Event Espresso but have a couple of questions.

Am I able to limit the number of tickets sold/event (this seemed ambiguous to me based on previous forum posts from September)?

Am I able to change the number of slots available on a specific date of a recurring event if I sell the tickets offline?

Hi Mitch,

Yes, the event capacity can be limited. Event Espresso 3.1.x does not support ticket type limitation though. So if you have ticket A and Ticket B with an event capacity of 50, your customers could just buy 50 Ticket A’s or 41 ticket B’s and 9 Ticket A’s. That make sense?

We are looking to improve this and allow limitation per ticket and per event in Event Espresso 4 (beta due out soon).

Recurring events can be modified individually so yes, you can manually edit the capacity for a specific event.

Let me know if you need clarification or have further questions.
