Confirmation emails not sent

    We are using EE to allow our registered members to book free fitness classes. So we have no payment gateway because classes are included in their membership. I created a recurring event which is setup as a member only event and default payment status is completed. Not using fancy email headers. Admin receives the emails but not the members. This is a new installation of EE version 3.1.30.7P and we are now testing it. We did check spam folders. After installing plugin i worked for couple of days and then nothing. We use S2member plugin to filter our members. What am I doing wrong?

    Hi,

    Are the attendees being marked as completed (green tick) in the attendee overview page in the admin dashboard?

      I’ve solved this. When I created the event I choose not to display registration form because the event is just for members that are logged in. Once I switched to show registration form with personal info everything worked. Thanks.
