When a registration is complete. EE sends out two emails a generic confirmation email and also the editable registration email. How can I edit EE so that it does not send out the generic confirmation email and only sends the custom email.

I am sending registration emails before payment is made.
Running EE 3.1.36

Thanks

Hi Doug,

The ‘generic confirmation email’ sounds like it may be the admin email.

Does the generic email look similar to this? http://take.ms/EyBlG
If so that is the admin email, currently there is no option to disable this email.

However that email is only sent to the event admin, so currently if you are testing the registrations with the same email as the event admin, you’ll receive both, normally you will only receive the admin email and attendee their registration email.

Hope that helps.
