How Event Espresso sends email confirmation?
Which file is responsible in WP to send those emails.
Do we have to install plugin like WP mail SMTP to fix the problem.
I believe we did not use SMTP plugin on our old website and email went ok.

Please let me know what could be a problem.

Event Espresso sends email confirmations through the WordPress wp_mail() function which is located in wp-includes/pluggable.php.

If your current mailserver is not sending out emails through WordPress then one way to work around the issue is by installing a plugin like the WP Mail SMTP plugin and sending the email through an SMTP account. An even better solution is to use a transactional email service like Mandrill or Postmark.
