Hi

I am having a problems with confirmation emails.

1: I customize the confirmation email for an event but that doesn’t seem to work either. Even after changing the event settings to use custom email response , I only see default message when a transaction is complete.

Wordpress: 3.5.2
Event Espresso: 3.1.33.3.P

Any clue on how do I go about debugging this issue would be great. Thank you.

Nevermind..I got it… I never enabled the custom-emails at the event level… duh..
