I would like to send the person who registered several registrants at the same time to receive a confirmation listing all the people they registered. Looking at the custom email tags I don’t see which ones to use to do that. Is this possible?
Are emails sent to all registrants, or just the one who registered them. I would prefer that the email only go to the main registrant and not all the additional registrations. Is this how it works?
The way the email notifications get sent out depends on how the attendee information is captured in the registration form. If group registrations are set to Yes, and Additional Attendee Registration info? is set to “No Info Required”, then the notifications will go to the primary attendee.
If Additional Attendee Registration info? is set to capture personal information or full registration information it will send out a confirmation email to each attendee.
The payment confirmation email will only be sent out to payer. If you have the ticketing add-on installed the [ticket_link] email shortcode tag can be used to list out all the names of people that were registered. This shortcode tag can be used in both email notification types.
