Confirmation E-mails Not Sending

Confirmation e-mails do not send automatically or manually. Please help.

Hi Jill,

Generally this is a server issue. Event Espresso (EE) uses the wp_mail() function so if WordPress can not send emails, neither can EE.

Do you receive ANY emails from your site? You can test using something like the Check Email Plugin and sending a test email to yourself.

I installed and tested and my wp_mail function works perfectly.

Hi Jill,

Are these the Payment Confirmation emails or the Registration emails (or both)?

Can you check your General Settings and see what the following options are set to:

Send payment confirmation emails?
Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received?
