"Confirm Registration" click doesn't redirect to "Thank You" page

After entering and submitting the registration details, I am presented with a confirmation page. When I click “Confirm Registration”, the page reloads and each has lost its value. No confirmation email gets sent, though the registration does succeed.

I have checked to make sure I do have the [ESPRESSO_PAYMENTS] short code on my “Thank You” page.

Any suggestions?

Hello,

It’s possible that you have old template files in the wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates directory. This could cause problems like you are stating.

Can you try clicking the “Rename Template Directory” button in Template Settings.

This can be undone via ftp.
