Conference Scenario (Dynamic way to add parents/guardian + children

    I would like to check if event expresso can handle the following:

    Scenario:
    We are having a conference and have 2 different signups available. 1 for the adult and the other for children

    For adult we have the basic details and payment. You can signup as a group or an individual.

    For children, you would need to register with a parent/guardian details. (up to any number of children)

    Question:
    1) Does event expresso have a way where if you sign up as a group or individual you are able to sign up your children in the same screen?
    2) If it does not, can we setup a case where if you select individual, you can sign up your children as well (dynamic)
    3) After sign up, is there a way to export the details out into excel, csv format?
    4) Which version is more suitable and how much would it cost?

    HI Daniel,

    How are you today?

    1) With the Multiple Event Registration addon (http://staging.eventespresso.com/product/espresso-multiple/) your attendees can choose a quantity for either type of ticket and check out at one time. So a parent can register themselves and their children at the same time.

    3) Excel/CSV export is a standard feature in al Event Espresso Support Licenses http://staging.eventespresso.com/pricing
    4) Depending on what you want to do, you might be able to get away with the Personal License and the Multiple Event Registration addon (http://staging.eventespresso.com/product/espresso-multiple/) ~$130. Or you could go the Business License and get more value and features $180.

      I have a similar situation with a small change. I understand that WP User Integration addon allows to have a pre-filled user profiles to save time on registration, is it possible for one user to manage multiple sub-profiles from the same account (i.e. parent having profiles for all 3 kids)?
      Additionally, does EE work with BuddyPress?

      Hi,

      Currently it isn’t possible to add in sub-profiles at this time.

      We have never tested the plugin with BuddyPress, and don’t specifically have integration with it.

      I am assuming you are also running Multisite? If so, Event Espresso isnt specifically designed to work on multisite, though it has been successfully used on these type of sites, so long as it is not network activated.

      I would suggest getting a copy of the free version and see how that could work for you with Buddy Press https://staging.eventespresso.com/product/full-event-espresso-test-drive/
