HTML code is displaying on the address block of the PDF version of the invoice. Not sure where it is coming from. I can send a copy of the PDF to illustrate. Any idead how to fix?
This can be fixed by going into Event Espresso>Payment settings>Invoice settings and removing any HTML tags that were copied into the Payment address textarea.
Thank you Josh. One other question about event registration confirmation.
Where can you modify the layout and content that is emailed to the Event holder. THe emails we get, especially for multiple attendees, are too long and contain redundant information. We’d like to strip out the descriptions (we don’t need Name: and then the name). Just the person name is fine.
Most emails can be amended or completely changed via 3 places: general settings (site wide), Email Manager and individual events.
However, I think you are referring to the Admin Email. If so then right now that isnt editable, at least not without hacking at a core file. In 4.0 and beyond we have changed it completely so it is fully editable.
