My client is asking if there is a notes section that can be accessed to use within the attendee edit payment area. They would like make notations on when a refund has been made and other notes related to individual transactions. Please advise Thank you.

Hi Sara,

There is a built-in feature that can be used to add extra admin-only note fields, the only difference is the fields display on the registration information admin screen. It’s actually a question type that gets added to a question group for the event, all you need to do is create a new question and select “Yes” where it says “Admin view only”.
