The offline payment option seems backwards. When clicking the “Confirm Registration” button, it automatically adds the person to the attendees list (as status, pending) even before making the final decision to pay by invoice or check. In my opinion, the person should not be added as an attendee until he/she actually clicks the button and chooses to pay with an offline option. Otherwise, how are we suppose to hold the person responsible for saving his/her seat at the event?
Perhaps, I misunderstanding the process? Please advise.
Even before clicking ‘Confirm Registration’ adds the person as an attendee. After pressing ‘Submit’ to submit the registration information, the person is then automatically added as an attendee before payment method is actually chosen.
