Our first CSV upload was incorrect. The events appear on the calendar but not in the Event Overview. Can’t see a way to clear the events from the calendar otherwise. How would I go about doing that?
Thanks.

Hi Tom,

Have you checked the filters on the event overview? It might be that the uploaded events are not active for some reason, so by applying the All filter they will show http://d.pr/i/xPow

It’s set to SHOW ALL EVENTS.

Hi Tom,

If you go to your calendar page while logged in as admin, can you click on an event, then go to edit it?

No. I can’t do that. When I’m logged in an select an event in the calendar, I just get the REGISTER window.

That sounds right, but when you click on that register button in the calendar tooltip, does it take you to a page with a register form where there is an “Edit Event” link near the bottom of the page?

No. It takes me to a page that says the event has expired. There’s no Edit Event link on the page.

Could I just delete the csv file from the server? Would that clear the calendar?

Unfortunately not as the events have already been created within the DB using the CSV.

Go to Event Espresso -> Event Overview. Setup the filters like this http://d.pr/i/11tr (note the retrieve ‘all’ dropdown, and the ‘All (Active/Inactive)’ status dropdrown) then click either ‘Filter Status’ or ‘Retrieve’

Can you then find the events in the Overview?
