Hello,

We are having 2 issues with our installation of Event Espresso. We are using the multiple event setup, and when more than one event is selected, only ONE event is displayed on the payment confirmation page.

In addition to this, there seems to be some kind of Javascript browser caching issue that occurs during checkout. When selecting the following 4 events from our website: http://www.chilworth.com.php53-27.dfw1-2.websitetestlink.com/process-safety-training/event-registration/

  1. Understanding and Mitigating Flash Fires and Explosions (1 Day)
  2. Accidents are Preventable: The Need for Process Safety in Non-Regulated Facilities (1 Day)
  3. Practicality in Emergency Pressure Relief Design (1 Day)
  4. Understanding & Controlling Electrostatic Hazards (1 Day)

Then go through a complete checkout (use a test CC). Then, do the process again (make sure you aren’t logged in – do not clear cookies).

During the second process, you are never prompted to pay. This happens in IE, after the 3rd time in FireFox, and Safari for Mac.

Please help!

Hi Marc,

It looks like you have version 3.1.15.P, a lot of the issues with Multi Event Registration have been fixed since then. There was also a fix that was added that cleared the session when you complete a payment. I’d recommend updating to the current version of Event Espresso + all the add-ons you have will need to be updated too.
