Checkout page after Register Now not working in EE4

We have migrated all of our data to EE4 and realize there will be bugs…but we’re having issues right off the bat and wondered if you could point us in the right direction. I am sure that after using EE4 more, we’ll get used to the way things work, but right now we feel turned up side down.

We thought that our existing events would transfer well into the new system, but when we click on the “register now” button, it takes us to a blank page which used to be the checkout page. I wasn’t sure if this error was coming from using an event migrated from EE3, so I tried setting up an entirely new event. I am getting the same error, though. Please see this page, and click “register now” to see what I am talking about. http://operationparent.org/events/donar-a-operation-parent-2/

Thank you for the help. We just need to know how to have our events automatically lead to the checkout. We want a simple process!

Hello,

Any shortcodes that were used in Event Espresso 3 will need to be removed. Available shortcodes for Event Espresso 4 along with examples are shown in WordPress admin –> Event Espresso –> Help & Support.

Could you go to WordPress admin –> Event Espresso –> General Settings –> Critical Pages?

All of the pages should show the following:

Page Status OK Shortcode OK
