We recently installed Event Espresso the business version on one of our websites but now want to move the installation and therefore the licence to another. I have deleted the installation from the site it was originally and have installed it on our new one but it is asking me to pay for the privilege to use it. Is this correct? If so why do I have to pay again for software I am using according to the guidelines of the licence?

Hi WebKi Events,

You can use your license key on a different domain, but not on two domains simultaneously. Your license key is not associated with the old website so when you’re ready to activate automatic upgrades then you can add the license key to the General Settings page of Event Espresso.

Thank you very much for getting back to me. The key has been reset and everything is working well.
