I have recently purchased a Personal Licence for my website. I am looking to add a Venue for an upcoming event in Australia. However when I go to create the Venue the country is stuck on the US and Canada. I have gone into settings and changed it to Australia but it does not change the options in the Venue Manager.
Any suggestions?

Hi,

First off, please make sure that in the General Settings > Your Organization tab, the country is set to Australia.

Then in the Countries tab you will need to make sure that the option “Country Appears in Dropdown Select Lists” is set to yes.

Also you will need to add your regions in, with a region code and name e.g. NSW New South Wales, VIC Victoria, etc.

These will then appear in dropdown menus in the site.
