I’m sure this question has been answered in the forums already, but I can not find it.
I am running a marathon and using event espresso to administer attendees. I had someone register for a 10 KM race, but now wants to change to a 21 KM race. The payment has already gone through Paypal.
Most importantly though, I want to know how to change the ‘event pricing’ so that that attendee shows under 21 km category and not 10 km category.
Thanks in advance.
Using most recent version of WordPress and most recent version of Event Espresso.
At this time the only way to move an attendee is manually. You’ll need to delete it from the wrong event and enter it into the correct event. Then you can mark it as paid.
I do. I have changed the option and all is good now.
Thanks.
