I have an event with 2 dates, set up using the multi-event registration plugin. Is it possible to change the date that a customer has purchased, or do I have to cancel that purchase and manually add another registration for them?

Hi there Peter,

You would need to create a new registration. You can do this through the Add Attendee screen.

Then be sure to void the prior registration.

Best

Lorenzo

Thanks for the reply.

That’s not very convenient! I would have thought that it would be quite a common request. Is there any chance that functionality will be in EE4?

Hi Peter,

Since they are separate events, you can use the Attendee Re-assignment add on found in the Pre Release channel on your account page. This will allow you to move an attendee from one event to another.

To answer your question, EE4 does not yet have an attendee re-assignment feature. It might appear in future EE4 releases but there is nothing set in stone on it yet.
