I have som attendees that would like to change their price option to a more expensive one.
How can I do this, so they pay for the extra amount. They are not registered as users, and some of them are on a multi registration.
You can add an attendee to an event by going to the attendees list for that event and clicking on the “add new attendee” button. Then reduce the number of tickets for the original attendee by one. That way you can edit the ticket price for the additional attendee.
But The attendee is already registered, I want to send him a link to pay “the rest”.
Can I change the option, and set the status to incomplete, and then send a payment link for “the rest”?
Yes, you should be able to edit the ticket price, then go to the edit payment screen, change the payment status, and then send a payment reminder email from there.
