Currently all of our events are free as we use this for employee conferences. Because there’s no payment page, when someone registers, it doesn’t redirect, it simply displays a message, “Thank you! Your registration is confirmed for x company events
A confirmation email has been sent with additional details of your registration.
Is there a way to force redirection to a specific page on free events? Their registration is not yet complete as our employees will need to register for a hotel after this…
There isnt anything built in that will force the redirect, but I would suggest modifying the payment_page.php template file to change the message and to include a link to the page you want them to go. You could also add some javascript to force a redirect to another page (having the manual link is still recommend in case the user has javascript turned off).
