How can I change the ‘Choose a Time’ drop-down list to show only the available spaces to those that are non-‘Completed’. Meaning, there are several registrations in the system that are incomplete, but it’s taking up a spot as being registered.
For example, on the above page, we have 10 spaces available for each time slot. But, for the 8am registration, there are two ‘incomplete’ registrations. So, it’s saying that there are 8 available spaces. We would like to show 10 registrations, since they’re not paid for.
So, can we change a SQL statement somewhere to calculate the available spaces based on ‘Completed’ (paid) registrations instead?
If you are using the current version of Event Espresso, the remaining spaces should not be shown as taken if registration isn’t complete unless you’ve changed the default registration status either globally or for the event. Incomplete registrations do not take up a space, but Pending registrations do.
