Change attendee option

We have an event in place with several options. One attendee paid for an option, and has since contacted us to upgrade to the higher level. When i go into the attendee details, i do not see an option to change the price level option. How can i do this?

One way would be to edit the record in the database by means of the phpMyAdmin application.

Look in the wp_events_attendee table for the attendee record that needs to be upgraded. The price_option column stores this info.

I’ll make a note to request that this feature gets added to a future version of Event Espresso.
