I would like to turn my current form into a 4 step registration.
After they fill out the first category then move on to the next screen (Page Break).

My Form http://www.r-world.com/cove/conference-registration/

While trying to put in actual page changes would be difficult and would require major recoding, you could achieve the same effect by using some jQuery effects. I would put some next and previous buttons in each question section, hide all but the current section, and make it so that when you hit the next button it fades out the current section and fades in the next section.
