I followed instructions based on the forum “Cart ticket dropdown defaults to 0” and now my events will not allow a selection of more than 1 registrant (only options are 0 or 1). My events are maxed at 5 registrants and it is enabled.

Hi there,

I checked the site that’s linked to your support license and it appears that some of the events are not set to allow group registrations, but some are. The events that are set up to allow group registrations are working as expected. Can you try adding the “Levey Day Early Release AfterCare” event to the cart?

Thank you Josh. That works. However, this class (which is set to allow up to five group registrants just like the Levey Day event) will not allow more than one after I add it to the cart: http://breakwaterschoolregistration.org/?page_id=18&ee=40

I think I just realized why. It was a duplicated event and the attendees were copied over. Is there a way to exclude a copy of the attendees when duplicating so the extra step of deleting them doesn’t have to occur? Thank you!

Or perhaps I duplicated the event and selected the original by accident?

I figured it out, thank you.

When you duplicate an event it doesn’t copy attendees over. It sounds like you were looking at the original event.
