Hello, I’m using wp 3.7 with EE 3.1.35.2.P and I’ve got the settings in General Settings set for:
Send payment confirmation emails? “no”
Send registration confirmation emails before payment is received? “yes”
And when I do that, I get two emails. If I reverse the settings and make the first one yes and the second no, I get no emails.
What I would like is to just get the first confirmation and not the second email. I’ve turned off all plugins to make sure that there is no issues because of another plugin but it still acts the same.
When you test this out, are you registering for an event with the same email address as the one that’s set up in Event Espresso>General Settings as the Primary contact email? If so, then what’s happening is you’re getting both confirmations. One gets set to the attendee/registrant, the other gets sent to the admin.
