WordPress Version:
3.5.2
PHP Version:
5.2.17
MySQL Version:
5.5.30
Event Espresso Version:
3.1.36.1.P
Site address (URL):
http://www.cdldodgeball.ca/

Once I create an event, and then save it as a “waitlist” event. It disappears from my back end.

I can still see the waitlist when I go to my actual event and choose “overflow” event. But Now I’ve created 3 waitlist’s because I couldn’t figure out why I can’t see them, and I have no way to edit these events, or delete them.

Hi Karen,

The Event Overview has a feature where it filters the display of events by status. So in this case, you can set the filter to display the waitlist events in order to view them. Here is a link to the documentation that explains this further:

Thank you. I found that option. I had assumed by clicking the “All Events” button it would show me all the events, but I guess not. Just a little confusing.
