Our pottery studio had EE working just fine until recently, but now users cannot register for events. See our event listing page: http://indigofirestudio.com/register/
Clicking any event simply redirects back to the listing page.

We are running: WP 3.6, EE 3.1.34.1.P, recurring events 1.1.7.1, EE Calendar 2.0.6.2

Hi there,

Can you go in to edit the /register page and check to see if it has the [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] shortcode on it? If it has anything else (like [EVENT_LIST] ) it will need to be changed to [ESPRESSO_EVENTS]

Hi Josh,
Yes, the shortcode is [ESPRESSO_EVENTS].

Hi there,

If it’s possible, can you please send temporary WordPress admin level log in credentials via the contact form on this page so support staff can investigate further?

Hi there,

I found at least part of the cause of this. There is a redirection plugin that is set up to automatically redirect all of the event pages back to the Event Listing!

You can resolve this by re-configuring your redirect plugin to no longer redirect the event pages. It may require setting up a new registration page if the 301 redirects don’t go away for a while. You might consider getting rid of this plugin entirely if it continues to redirect the event pages even after working through its settings.

Thank you, that plugin (404 Redirected) was indeed causing the problem.
