Hello. I can’t edit or save new events. When I go to make an event, I get much of the regular layout for making a new event, but I can’t save anything.
Also, when people buy tickets, and I do get a PayPal notification, the system doesn’t mark the purchases as paid. But they have paid.
Is anyone familiar with these problem, and know how to fix them?
What version of Event Espresso do you have running?
Has this just recently started?
Have you updated or installed any new themes/plugins recently?
Have you tried disabling all plugins except Event Espresso and reverting to the 2011 theme to test whether everything works?
Dean will be online later today. The 2011 theme is also known as the twentyeleven theme, and can be switched to via the Appearance>Themes menu in your WordPress dashboard.
Yep Josh is correct their and I should have expanded on that. Can you advise what email or name you contacted me under so I can trace the emails and review them please?
