Can't download plugin, view keys or see answers in forum. . .

    (The only Forum choices I’m getting, even after logging in, are Translations, Event Espresso Lite and Pre-Sales)

    I just purchased the Business license and blocked out time to get started. After logging in I clicked on “download” and other than a screen refresh, nothing. I searched the support forum and found my exact problem but the answer is yellowed out with “Support staff content cannot be viewed without the necessary product purchases” next to “your access to content on this page is restricted because it requires the purchase of: Personal License”.

    What the heck is going on? Have I missed a crucial bit of intro knowledge?
