Can't Download

    Wordpress Version: 3.8.3
    I have Event Espresso lite, just upgraded to Pro

    I can’t seem to download the new plugin. I click download at the top of the page and it redirects me back to my members page.

    What am I doing wrong?

    I’m sorry for the trouble. I’m unsure why your account was not properly configured. I’ve manually updated your account so you should have access to the downloads and support you need now. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
