Hi, I can add questions, delete questions, but once I’ve created a question, I get an “unknown error” message when I try to make a change to it…. My workaround has been to delete the question and add it again. Is there something I’m missing?
Sounds like there may be some database fields missing from your install. You might try deactivating and reactivating the plugin. That will sometimes fix the problem.
I am not using that plugin but it is part of my package that I just bought. Version 1.5.3…. I activated and deactivated it to see if that helped but no… This is dragging on — is there a way to get faster help. I just bought this plugin and now there are a bunch of issues around the new version I understand… Thanks.
I’m sorry that this is taking a while to resolve. We work hard to respond to support requests as quickly as possible.
I can suggest a few possible solutions. With the R&P plugin disabled, you can create a new admin account and try updating a question to see if that makes a difference. Another thing you can do is edit the wp-config.php and set wp-debug to true. This will allow error messages to display when you try to save a question.

May I ask which issues you are referring to/are experiencing?
