I just did the upgrade on the lite version and now I can not change a payment status to competed. It keeps changing it back to pending. Since all attendees can pay via paypal they don’t come back and finish the registration process so I have to manually change everyone so that I don’t oversell the event. Before the upgrade I could change to completed but now it will not allow me too. Please help.
In the new version the field you want to enter a payment amount into is labeled: Enter New Payment Amount. After entering an amount where it says “Enter New Payment Amount”, you’ll need to enter a transaction type and transaction ID if the transaction fields are blank.
When all three fields have been entered and the amount owning matches the “New Payment amount”, the payment status will automatically get set to complete after you click “Update Payment”.
