Does anyone know why you cannot add another attendee while a person who has registered already and has gone in to update their registration details? What if someone registered but did not pay yet… wanted to add another attendee? Sadly you cannot add this information within their registration details manually either! I would have to delete their registration details and tell them to re-register and make sure they use the toggle this time. I know that you can update the amount of tickets that they want within the registration details which would reflect them buying two tickets instead of one but my main concern is that I’m not capturing the additional attendee email address to send them their ticket.
Say I update their ticket amount manually to two tickets. If I send them an updated invoice and they end up paying does it send them 2 tickets.. one with the primary attendee’s name and another ticket that has no name attached to it?
Currently the only way to add additional attendees to a registration is the way you mentioned; by increasing their number of tickets. This will use the Primary Attendees name and email address. There will only be 1 ticket and the quantity on the ticket will be increased.
