will i be able to raise funds (collect pledges) for pre defined amount of money per unit? e.g. ex pro basketball player is going to attempt 5400 jump shots and get sponsorship (pledges) for each shot made at $.01, $.10 and $1.00 per make

is there a way to set this up as an event?

ee business license
running wp 3.6

Hi Bill,

While Event Espresso isn’t set up for that style of product, I suppose you could create tickets for each of those pledge amounts.

Perhaps from an admin perspective it might be better to set up Multiple Event Registration and have each of the amounts as an event (that way at the end you can mass email the attendees on a per event basis and say, you now owe X amount please pay up.

You would have to use the Invoice or similar gateway and modify its settings so it explains the process to the users clearly.

Obtaining funds would have to be done outside of Event Espresso or I suppose you could create another event/s with the final costs for people to purchase.
