WP Version: 3.6
Event Espresso Version: 3.1.35.L
Fresh New Installation

The logic doesn’t seem to make sense on my events. Not sure if this can be changed.

The issue is that you can submit your personal information to register for an event before you have payed for the event.

We shouldn’t want people to be able to register for an event unless they have paid.

Please assist!

Thanks!

Hi cgreenberg,

By default, although users can register for an event before paying they do not count towards the total attendees until they have paid for said event.

If you look at the events attendees. Event Espresso -> Event Overview -> *EVENT* -> attendees. You’ll see users who have not paid have an ‘Incomplete’ status (Red exclamation mark), paid user are ‘Complete’ (Green circle with a tick). It is only the ‘Completed’ users that count.
