Hey there, we have trouble uploading a featured image to our events. When uploaded it shows a question mark then upon saving the event is show’s nothing in the event editor. Any thoughts. this hasn’t been working since we purchased the license. | |
Hello Luis, The featured image in the event is a little bit of a misnomer currently. It is designed to show on the calendar only. However, I have been testing today the implementation of a proper featured image system, which will show on the event registration and listing pages via the templates. I have however never come across a question mark issue. Is the featured image showing on the calendar? | |
Hi Dean, basically when adding from media library or uploading from computer, the event does not retain the image. Once I’ve added or uploaded, I can not see the featured image in the event editor. It displays a broken image link. And upon trying to save the event with the broken image link, it doesn’t save anything and I have to start over. I end up with no featured image being added. | |
Hello Luis, What version of Event Espresso are you running? I have tested this in 3.1.28.5 and the image displays correctly. | |

Hi Luis, I have never come across an issue with the featured image system, either with Event Espresso or other plugins but I would suggest the basics: updating event espresso to the latest version. | |
