Can I combine an early bird discount with a discount code?

Hi,

I have an event where I would like to apply a combined discount:

  1. Early bird discount of 20%
  2. Plus a further £72 discount for registrants who enter a discount code

I have set up the event with both discounts and it’s working fine with the early bird discount, but when I enter the discount code (PIFTEAM) on registration the further discount is not applied:

Is this possible?

Hi Andre,

This is possible. It looks to me like you may have an older template or more in /wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates, which may be running some older price functions. In the newer versions of Event Espresso, the discount code appears near the bottom of the form, which isn’t the case on your site. I would check for any old templates in that location. You can also make sure that you have the latest member’s add-on installed too, that has price functions that can affect the discounts.
